Permacomputing is a philosophy and practice applying ecological and long-term thinking to computers. Through hands-on workshops and DIY, I try to recover the digital utopianism and play of Web 1.0 and the early days of personal computers.
My work is like a science box with a 1000 experiments.
Whether it’s experimental gadgets, lava lamps, games for vintage gameconsoles or magic mushrooms, I try to distill ‘magical’ technologies into something everyone understands and can do at home. My projects have mad professor energy, and are only successful if a kid can’t keep their hands off it.
